QUIEL GUTIERREZ

After graduating from high school in 1978, Quiel attended the Far Easter
University and completed the degree of B.S. Civil Engineering.  Right after
graduation, took the board examination and passed.

In June 1984, Quiel started working as a project engineer for Chicago Bridge &
Iron (Phils) office in Makati, and assigned in Batangas, Cavite, Bataan (Caltex
Oil Refinery, Petron, Shell Oil Refinery).  He was also assigned in company sites
in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Saudi Arabia.  His first visit to
the USA was during his 6-month assignment in Houston, Texas were he got
promoted as Guam’s Project Manager.

In July 1990, Quiel migrated to Australia, worked as a Contract Administrator,
Project Engineer and Project Planner (Chicago Bridge & Iron (Australia), and
was assigned to company sites in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

In August 1997, he joined Alstom Power Ltd as a Senior Project Planner and
was assigned to various company locations throughout Australia and overseas.

In June 2004, Queil joined United Group Pty. Ltd, as a Planning Manager and
was assigned in Brisbane, Australia.

In May 2005, he joined Thiess Process Pty Ltd, assigned in Northern Territory,
Australia.

Quiel’s next project… He has no idea, it might be somewhere in Australia.

He has two (2) beautiful daughters, Kathleen (she graduated from University of
Western Sydney, earned a degree in Accounting) and Cigeen (she is taking up
a degree in Electrical Engineering in University of Technology Sydney).
