RAUL B. MONZON

Raul attended the Del Pilar Academy from 1974-1978.  Immediately after high
school, he began his college studies in Chemical Engineering at the
Technological Institute of the Philippines located at Arlegui Street,
Quiapo,Manila from 1978-1983.  In November 1984, he then took the Chemical
Engineer Licensure Board Examination, passed the examination with flying
colors and was awarded Licensure Number 0014484 in March 1985.

Immediately after college graduation, he began working as Junior Laboratory
Analyst (1983-1984) and as a Senior Lab Analyst (1984-1985) with the
Philippine Vinyl Consortium Incorporated Company at Rosario, Cavite. This
consortium manufactures Polyvinyl Chloride.  In 1986-1990, he held the position
of Process Analyst with Eastern Petrochemical Company ( SHARQ ) in
Jubail,Saudi Arabia.

In 1990, Raul found his true love and got married
to Chulita V. Torres from
Bacoor, Cavite and they were gifted with a healthy son, Jeoff Paolo in 1994.

He was employed with SHARQ continuously from 1990-1993 as a Chemist.
SHARQ manufactures Linear Low Density Polyethylene and Ethylene Glycol
respectively.

Thereafter, he proceeded to Yemen from 1993-1995 were he was designated
as the Senior Field/Terminal Laboratory Analyst with Canadian Occidental
Petroleum Ltd. Ash-Shir Terminal Mukalla, Hadhramout,Yemen. This company
consists of remote wellhead, the product is pumped 135 kms to the Terminal for
shipping including the Topping Plant which splits the Naphtha and Diesel use as
fuels and line dewaxer.

Raul then went to Doha, Qatar were he was assigned as the off-shore
Laboratory Technician from 1998-2001 with Maersk Oil Qatar, Al-Shaheen Oil
Field,Doha,Qatar. This Company produces Offshore Crude Oil.

From 2001 to 2005, he worked as the Chemist Supervisor at Aqua Divine Water
Company that is a water refilling station.

From November 2005 to August 2006 he worked in commissioning team as
Laboratory Foreman at Abu Dhabi Oil Company for Onshore Oil Operation
(ADCO ) in United Arab Emirates. This company produces Oil and Gas.

Raul is now temporarily retired from his profession but still looks forward to
venturing another professional opportunity abroad should another opportunity
arises.  He still young, capable and qualified to handle a similar technical
responsibilities.

Raul, in the mean time, plays Tennis every morning which serves him as very
good therapy - mentally and physically.  Tennis anyone?
