In 1978, after High School graduation at Del Pilar Academy, Nell pursued her
college education at Saint Paul’s University, Manila. In 1981, she achieved her
Junior Management degree, met Noel and got married. She continued her
education by taking Business Administration at Philippine Christian University. In
1986, she left the country and migrated to the United States to join her husband
who was in the United States Navy.

While raising a family and as a working mother, she still found time to take
college courses at community colleges in San Diego and Ventura, California. In
1999, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management
degree from the University of La Verne. Presently, she is seeking her Masters
degree in Information Systems at the University of Phoenix.

She has been employed by Verizon Communications, Residential Division for
the last 13 years. She was hired as Customer Sales Consultant, moved on and
climbed the ladder of success, and currently leads as Fiber Specialist.

Nell and her family reside in Oxnard, California.

*Noel, Chief Petty Officer, United States Navy, Retired in Jan 2006.

Children:
*Neil Josef, born in 1983, graduated from University of California, Riverside in
2006, B.S. Computer Science, now a Software Engineer for the Defense
industry.
*Nicole, born in 1986, currently enrolled at University of California, Riverside,
majoring in Biochemistry.

Pet:
Meiko, born in May 2004, a Shitzhu breed, learned a trick “Give me five” with
treats.
